Suit It Up Manila

Suit Social is an annual gathering of Luxury Suit Enthusiasts with a cause, an event aimed to be a catalyst for the Modern Suit Culture Revolution here in the Philippines. The event incorporates Suit it Up Manila’s advocacy to help unemployed men and women by providing them with appropriate business attire for job interviews and work in partnership with Welcome House Good Shepherd Sisters Inc. – a crisis intervention center.

Suit it Up Manila will be suiting up celebrities, influencers and business luminaries during the event in the finest collection luxury cloth from England and Italy to serve as inspiration and insight into the upcoming trends in men’s fashion. Performances from top DJs and entertainment personalities (Foreign & Local) will be featured at the party. Guests are encouraged to donate their old suits and/or clothing during the event as part of Suit it Up Manila’s advocacy.

Inspired by Pitti Uomo in Florence, Italy and Suit Walk in Taipei, Taiwan, Suit Social was founded by Suit It Up Manila’s COO, Franco Ongkingco.

Pitti Uomo in Florence, is described as the, “world’s most important platform for men’s clothing and accessory collections and for launching new projects in men’s fashion.” This Event offers multiple facets of exploration for attendees, from Fashion Shows, Creative Trade Shows, Collection Launches and showcasing Designer Exhibitions. Suit it Up Manila’s advocacy is to help unemployed men and women by providing them with appropriate business attire for job interviews and work, we are encouraging all our guests to donate pre-loved suits and/or other clothing during Suit Social, which Suit It Up Manila will turnover to Welcome House Good Shepherd Sisters Inc. – a crisis intervention center.

Similar with Pitti Uomo and Suit Walk, Suit it Up Manila intends for Suit Social to become an annual event – creating more authentic and engaging activities in parallel with the development of a strong corporate social responsibility program in line with our advocacy. Suit it Up Manila will continue to expand its collaboration with its fabric, brand and media partners to lead the modern Suit culture revolution in the Philippines.
